®assura's principal business activity is resolving insurance claims exclusively for Residential, Commercial & Industrial Policyholders with an emphasis on catastrophic and disputed losses.  Routinely our Claim Services Group recovers significantly more than any policyholder can recover by virtue of their own efforts [including the lawyers].   

assura® is a Licensed and Certified Public Insurance Adjustment firm and is recognized in the insurance community as a leading authority on insurance claim disputes and the laws, cases, rules and contracts that govern them.  

assura® representation delivers the functional equivalence [less privilege] of an attorney/client relationship with each claimant.  Thus, we protect and administer all rights, duties and responsibilities under your policy terms. Getting Started

Typically, an assura®  Licensed Agent will provide an initial on-site inspection at no cost.  This will include a review of insurance policies, analysis of physical damage, and specific recommendations.  They will verify coverage, ascertain the scope of loss and damage, provide a cursory loss analysis and then submit an Engagement Letter laying forth the specific nature of any proposed representation.  assura®  may also assist in procuring temporary facilities/housing, debris removal, salvage operations and valuations of contents and inventories [click here].
